Shipping Info: We ship from USPS and we will let you know as soon as it is shipped. It takes us about 4 days at most to ship out. Be patient and e-mail us at tarpaulingirls@gmail.com if you have any concerns.
Return Policy: A cassette is returnable upon shipping major damage. Send us a photo to tarpaulingirls@gmail.com of the damaged product as well as the shipping/tracking number. We will assess how bad the damage is. If so, we will send you a new tape free of charge.

Damage does not include any small scratches or minor dents/cracks that happen during delivery (miniscule cosmetic issues). We package as best we can and have no control over USPS standards.
